As I started my Orks for the Warhammer 40000 Waaagh “Dreambraka” I had to paint Ork skin. I think the first try was a bit to dark:

“I take a fair bit of effort to create my own flags. I see many people’s armies and units whose flags are an afterthought, an inconvenience or a nuisance step in the process to paint up a unit of toy soldiers and get them on that table. I get it completely. Many of us probably think it’s too fiddly or that we feel unable to compete with the level of detail commercially produced flags can achieve through the printing process. Here is the start of Big Mega Oberboss Skatagas Dreambrakas aka onehorn Waaagh. You should never call him onehorn to his face just ask the gits what happens then, as long as they can still answer 😉
This is “Shkul da meanest” Gretchin of the pack. Armed with two shootas he is a formidable foe, at least that is what he thinks.

Here are the pictures of the last additions to my Thunderhawk gunship. The only thing missing is the hard points for the hell strike missiles.
Next Step will be a coat of PVA mixt with black paint to make it more resilient against damage . The black paint is added to be able to see that the PVA was brushed on the complete model , it also makes it easier when I start to add rivets and screws to the model as these are made from magic sculpt , which is white when dry. So I can see more easily where I mist some.
