I swoped the weaponhead of the original figure with a helebard head from a perry plastic set to get more diversity in the unit here is the original and the changed figure next to each other:

So after coming back from Crisis I managed to finish the next Westfalia halfman for my militia unit in Dietrich von Schalkes halfmen army. Here he is:
I hope you like him. Next one will be done after the coming weekend maybe I even manage to do more then one as these figures can be painted quite quickly.
Here is the next Halfman finished . He will be the last before I go to Antwerp for Crisis 2016 tomorrow.

Maybe you remember that I took part in the Westfalia Miniatures Halfmen Kickstarter. I started to paint the first unit lead by a veteran warrior called Ass Hauer. You can read more about Ass Hauer here. Here is the first member of the unit now .

We had a game at the weekend using a part of my GoT figures . The rules we used were Dragon Rampant. Â The was to “rescue” a wizard. The wizard moved randomly (when he moved at all ). My son played the Lannisters I played the Starks.

The Starks had the first move but lost the roll for movement and so the Lannisters had a go. The wizard refused to move at all.
My son tried to move the Lannisters but failed the to move die roll too. Therefore Robb Stark was activated by me to gallop for the wizard.
Both sides send the heavies in then.
The infantry followed up next

Then a Move activation of Robb Stark worked and he reached the wizard.
Now a grand melee commenced around Robb and the wizard!
The battle moved from side to side and both sides lost a lot of warriors, so that at last a battle between Jaime Lannister and Robb Stark decided the fate of the wizard.
And the Lannisters could lead the wizard away

Here is the last addition to my House Brax unit . The Captain of the unit. The figure is from Perry the Shield from Fire Forge. The heraldry is as always freehand.
I will put up pictures of the completed unit as soon as I have taken them.
I finished the last House Brax Billman yesterday. A strait build from a Perry box ( don’t ask me which though, can’t remember)
Next and last miniature in this unit will be the Captain of the unit.
