I started building 4 mercenary men at arms for GoT but they could also be used for WotR etc. It is a mixt unit of mercenaries, armed with bow,crossbow,lance and bill.
I always build a infantry figure resembling the cavalry figure on foot to be able to use the same character riding and walking. But enough words let the pictures speak for themselves .

I found some more pictures of the new Frostgrave plastic figure box.
Nick Eyre says on the North Star FB page that they’ll be compatible with Fireforge size-wise, which
opens up all sort of kitbashing possibilities.
I will certainly use these for my ongoing GoT project!
Special for the 200th anniversary of the Battle of Waterloo 18th June 1815
02:06. – 11/10/2015 Bomann Museum Celle
The focus is on a 12 x 5 meters large diorama recreates the military events in Waterloo based on approximately 15,000 painted 28mm figures. This large diorama is complex with landscaped and buildings and mediated by LEDs an authentic insight into the flow of battle. Several small additional dioramas are special issues devoted to, among other things, so will the competitive farm La Haye Sainte, one of the focal points of the battle in detail.
The next Lannister warrior is finished . This time armed with a pike. All in all my Lannister soldiers will be better armed and armoured then the Stark ones because as everybody knows the Lannisters have much more gold.
The Heraldry on the shield is freehand painting as the heraldry of the Starks
Warmonger the new fantasy part of Wargames Foundry is rumbling steadily into life.
They already have some of the original Kevin Adams Great Orc Characters, Mercenary Orcs and Orcling riders available for sale and will be adding to them steadily over the next few weeks. Next up will be the War Orcs and various odds and ends. The first new Greenskins will also be available for sale in the next week or two!

Now I started with my Lannister army as I need an enemy for my King of the North retinue.
Here is the first of the miniatures I am painting at the moment. A bill man for a Lannister worriers unit.
New Greens up on the Perry Metal Workbench
Not forgetting the Allied Colours that were taken at Waterloo they have the capture of the King’s Colour 5th King’s German Legion on their workbench. they are also showing greens of German Fallschirmjäger, German medics and a Luftwaffe ground crew.
I added a new terrain page. I think good looking convincing terrain is as important as well painted miniatures for a eye candy wargame.
I started out with an MDF house in 28mm by timeline. You can see more here
